So my beautiful, wonderful, amazing, understanding (you get the picture) wife. Took the Galleon out of my display case to show it off to a friend. Sadly gravity ensued. I was able to get it back into one piece with minimal damage to the paint job. Pinning had really helped in this instance as the glue gave way at the pin points making it fairly easy to clear off the old glue and put it all back together.
I figured while I had it out I might as well get some good pictures of the model as all I had before where pictures I had taken with my iPhone back in the day.
So here are the old pics followed by the new.
Yo man! Say what you will, at least it gave you a chance to update the pics. The new snaps look sweet! Color's warmer and not flooded with red. ;)
ReplyDeleteHaven't done any modeling lately. Been busy with work and junk around the house. I have two projects I gotta get off my bench by Xmas tho. Hopefully next weekend I can crack at it.
